It has a very thin paint job that's like a nitrocelluose finish letting the wood breathe. I left that one part unpainted purposely to show off the quilt.

No, we're talking a Maple Strat body here. If Strat bodies weren't rare enough, quilted Maple is one of the rarest woods out there! Supply is extremely scarce. And it has a swimming pool route. You can usually only find those on $100 Squiers. He did a flawless black finish, too. Black is probably the most unusual color for a guitar.
