Looks like something that would come with some twisted 80's version of guitar hero!!!  Hannaugh, the NES port looking thing is to put your copy of super mario bros in and the guitar will play the music in the game for you

J. Garcia had some kind of midi interface in Rosebud.  That was why Tiger went into retirement.  Anybody know if that was the controller he used?  I could look it up, but I'm feeling a little lazy this morning.

Have you played one?  It's incredibly awkward.  I hate that stabilizer bar, it gets in the way. 

What's really awkward is the choreography in the Flesh For Fantasy video.
