He's one of the three trombone players.

They are very talented! Do they do such concerts regulary? (I really miss playiong in an such an orchestra just for the Christmas concerts)

My kid is back at it with the Orchestra. This time they took gold in their category at Kiwanis:

He was also covering both first and second trombone parts (second trombone could not make it...)

IMO, an orchestra is symbolic of the best of what we humans can achieve: many people working together to create something beautiful.

Actually, I've thought about that. When we play music, especially with others we are our most human.

Being already in 2 bands, and spending many sundays jamming with my father, I doubt my wife would appreciate it if I buy back a double-bass and join an orchestra....
