I looked for a bunch of guitars and I didn't really like any of them. Then I found warmoth  :toothy10:

Please tell me your opinions on the guitar, even though it isn't my reason for posting.

And, if you would, I couldn't quite figure out what some of the stuff on the order form meant  :tard: So the stuff with a "?" means....help?

Thanks

---------

Body Style / Shape: Carved top Soloist
Body Wood: Mahogany w/ flamed maple top
Type of Bridge or Tremolo: Schaller Floyd Rose
Control Cavity: Rear rout
Pickup routing configuration: HSH
Pot hole locations:?
Switch slot:?
Jack hole diameter:? what is the standard size?

Other instructions pertaining to this body: I want both of the comfort contours, a Floyd Rose tremolo routing, and the contoured heel.
-----------------

The finish will be dyed purple with a burst And the back of it being black, but where do I put it? In the "Finishing Instructions'?

thanks for the help

But I didn't found it when I were buying, beside I always knew it exist...

You probably need to hang out here for a while more... look at the gallery pictures here and on the Warmoth site and then give them a call - they'll answer all your questions.

The pot and switch in carved soloist are this, alike rear routed Strats:
http://www.warmoth.com/guitar/bodies/soloist.cfm?fuseaction=soloist_control
You shoud specify all them or the ones that you one or no one, and make your own... and the kind of switch, too...

Jack: ask for the 3/4", if I'm not wrong...

on Nº5 say: recessed floyd rose or non-recessed... the one that you wish...

Countored heel, number 11, confort contours I believe in the box other instructions...

Paint: Say it "clearly":
top: purple dyed burst (you'd better say the size of the burst...  http://www.warmoth.com/paint/paint.cfm?fuseaction=dye_purple)
back: solid black

any doubt they will ask you...

When you are ready to order, I would recommend doing so by phone.  The sales rep can talk you through a lot of the little details and tell you what works with what, and what doesn't.

Yea, I have had a lot of success calling them. I always feel bad because I go on and on with the questions, but the dudes at Warmoth are really patient and helpful!
