Say I wanted to make a Les Paul with a dye top and natural lipover binding, but I also wanted the sides and back painted clear.  Would I have to pay for both the binding ($75.00) and clean line option ($55.00) or just one of them?  If just one, which would it be?

It would be just the nat bind charge, no clean line charge.
