Help with really basic wiring set up

I've been procrastinating on finishing up the Brutal Legend V because I'm intimidated by beginning the wiring. It's a pretty basic set-up; 2 GFS Mean 90s, one LP style switch, one volume, one tone pots and a jack.

My main confusion comes from the switch. I bought the LP style 3 pole from Warmoth. Looking at the bottom of the switch there are 2 lugs on one side, each split into 2 parallel blades, and one thicker lug at the opposite side.

What do I solder to what to make my guitar work like it's supposed to? Neck pup one direction, both in the middle and bridge the other direction?

I've sought out numerous diagrams, but haven't found my answers yet.

Many thanks in advance!

One difference between this type of switch and a lot of others is that the connection is made on the same side as the toggle direction, rather than opposite. So, in that diagram when the switch is moved to the right, the bridge pup is on.

Next question: The DiMarzio layout has the tone cap soldered to one outer lugs and to ground on the pot body, yet the layout from StewMac has the cap soldered to the center lug and grounded to the body. Is one more correct than the other? StewMac says there are several options and the one illustrated is the most common.

From my understanding, soldering the cap to the center lug versus the outer lug deals with treble bleed.  the center lug will keep the higher frequecies a little longer as volume is turned down whereas the other lug will give you the normal reduction in highs as volume is turned down.

Someone with more knowledge on this, please correct me if I am wrong.
