Help with Gotoh tele bridge

Help!  I bought this:

And it does not fit this my Duncan Vintage stack, which Warmoth sells.  It is just a touch too small.  Is there an easy way to open it up a little more?  Dremel?  The 10 day return policy  has passed since I was finishing the neck I ordered myself.  Am I screwed?  Need a different bridge?  Greg, will Warmoth take the bridge back?  I don't know if I want to operate on this bridge, either.

How much is "a touch"? A few thousandths? If it's real close, try freezing the pickup in your fridge and warming up the bridge in really hot, but not boiling water and sneak it through before they return to room temp.
