I'm assuming I look like a complete moron asking this but I've never used a hardcase with Floyd guitar...
Wouldn't the "door" push down the floyd? That doesn't seem like the best thing

Welll yeah thats one more question for today  :toothy12:

Generally the Floyd won't sit any higher off the surface of the guitar than a non-fine-tuner-equipped bridge.  You need not worry.  The guitar case lid should have an area with some softer padding at the point that comes in contact with the bridge in any event - and if it does not, you can install one with minimal effort.  Take a pad of foam rubber, wrap it in microfiber fabric, and sew or glue it shut.  You can then apply a velcro strip to keep it in place.

Unless you've welded it on, you can take the wang bar off. Case closes like Gozirra's jaws on a subway train fulla Japanese sexetaries...

Picks up a bus and and he throws it back down as he makes his way to the edge of town... GODZILLA!

Seems fairly obvious that you take the bar off when you transport the guitar. And that goes for all whammies (Except maybe Bigsbys.), not just Floyds.

Yees! But I talk about the bridge being pushed down by the door.

Ok but here's the answer to my question; should have looked a bit on google first hahaha

Depends on the case. I have some SKB semi-hard cases and when I put a Floyd equipped guitar in one of them, before zipping it shut, the lid is noticeably raised because of the tremolo. I haven't noticed any problems because of it though. My tremolo doesn't have a cut out and isn't floating so it's probably doing more damage to the case than to the guitar.

steel vs hardened styrofoam....steel wins every time

I have a strat with a Floyd a I use a stock fender hard shell.  Works fine.  I must add it is a recessed Floyd.

The only danger is if you have a Floyd being pushed into the wood, that causes an indentation to occur, over time, causing slight changes to the tuning. But checking your tuning before playing makes that a non-issue.
