Halp, Warmoth purchasing experts!

Ok, so... I have made many Warmoth instruments over the years, but all of the parts were purchased on location (before the "we have to ship it if you live next door" era, mostly before some of the W guys went on to form USA guitar.  Now, I'm impatiently waiting on my neck to be shipped (the pau ferro/pau ferro bass neck that was in the deals section), and the payment went through yesterday (after the order was made last week).  Does that mean that they're completed it?  Started working on the frets/nut?  At what stage in the process might I be?  I'm dying to get this together and break it in before I go on the road with it (possibly, depending on how it sounds).

Is it rude to call and ask?  I don't think I ever got a confirmation, but my acct was charged yesterday.
