Hello
I'm interested in the inexpensive staggered locking tuners (Gotoh style) from Guitar Fetish.
Do you have any experience with them?
Which is the correct drilling option in the Warmoth list (maybe Sperzel 25/64" because it's closer to 10 mm, even if slightly smaller)?
Are they difficult to install?
Thanks for any comment!

I've used them before and they work well. The Sperzel hole size works out. Installation is probably easier than Sperzels as these use an offset flange with a screw as opposed to a drift pin in a hidden hole as an anti-rotation device.

The only negative I have on the topic of GFS hardware is the screws...

Very Cheap, make sure you get as close to the right size pilot hole, and wax the threads or you'll snap them off quicker than a fat kid on candy.

I would suggest ponying up the extra dough and just get them from Warmoth.

The Tragedy of Modern Screws has been covered here and yon in maniacal detail. Find a real hardware store, go stainless, young man! And throw out the garbage cast-potmetal fiendish Chinese nonsense, if you wanna have a cow find something more meaningful than 3c screws to have 'em over. AND wax, wax, wax, AND throw out the garbage potmetal phillips-head fiendish Chinese SCREWDRIVERS too. Life is short, triumphs are fleeting, and a garbage screw can ruin your day.

I love them.  Three builds so far and not issues.  I used the standard GOTOH hole size.

I have their Sperzel style locking tuners and I'm very happy with them. I'll be ordering a majority of the hardware from GFS as I've been happy with most of their products.
