Hi Everyone,

I'm a longtime Warmoth fan, dating back to early 2001, when I'd eagerly fire up my dial-up connection every Thursday night to see the new items added to the in stock Showcase. Actually it was called something else back then - anyone remember? Anyway, I bought a few Warmoth items a long time ago (specifically, one body and two necks) and plan to post some pictures fairly soon. I'm thinking I may do another guitar build later in the year, but we shall see.

A couple more things to get out of the way. Yes, I am THE Wolf Follower, recording engineer and part time bassist for the infamous Acceptable Losses! No autograph requests, please - wait, what do you mean you've never heard of us? Finally, a few disclaimers before any of you begin conversing with me:

1. I like to spank the plank.
2. I'm borderline tone deaf.
3. I sold out to The Man a few years ago.

Now that's out of the way, I look forward to participating in the forum. I've much enjoyed browsing everyone's guitar and bass builds. I especially like the posts that take you through everything, step by step.

Thrift shop.  :blob7:

Oh yeah. I guess I see why they changed it - that name does sort of make it sound like it would be 2nd rate merchandise. As I recall they had some very nice stuff in there back then, but much less of it compared to now.
