Graphtech TUSQ Saddles on a Wilkinson Vs100: Opinions Please?

I'm considering going for the graphtech TUSQ saddles for a VS100 to get the piezo pickups and was wondering if anyone can comment on the tone compared to the stock Wilkinson saddles on the VS100?
This is for a project not yet built so I have no idea on how the vs100 sounds.

The target application for this guitar is going to be almost always direct to console or to mic pre and the pickup system in it will be an Alembic STR/AE-3, which is 3 strat pickups and an active preamp with Vol. and bass and treble tone controls.

Thanks!

I did a similar swap on a strat style trem a while back.
It started as the stock bridge and I replaced the saddles with the non-piezo graphtech saddles.
Of course it wasn't a drastic change in tone, but it did make a noticeable difference.

The Graph-Tec material seemed to even out the attack by removing some of the harsh "ping" that I got with the stock metal saddles.
I view this as an improvement in the sound. The best way I can describe it is "Refined"
Especially for the application you've got planned, going direct and having that hi-fi pre-amp, I think the graph-tec will be a great choice.
