Gotoh 12-string bridge on carved top body?

Possible? Sensible?

The builder doesn't allow it. I understand it would require drilling deeper string-thru holes (changing the CNC G-code, so maybe why it's not an option). But I also don't know if the there is sufficient footprint on the carved top for a flat-mount bridge. I haven't checked with sales yet.

I'd love to do a carved top for my electric 12-string.
