Goodies From docteurseb

My control cavity covers arrived from docteurseb. They look amazing and fit perfectly. I used a little mineral spirits to pop the grain a little for the photos. Got 1 mahogany and 1 alder.

Ooh, those are super clean. That is really good work, they even seem to have matched the grain up nicely. Incredible work! I like how thick they are, not just a thin little sheet over the cavity.  :icon_thumright:

I just purchased a sheet of a tortoiseshell pickguard material and I am going to try to cut  a cavity cover out of that. It should look nice on the walnut body since it's getting tortoiseshell binding as well. Not quite as fancy as these, but it should be a nice look too!  :rock-on:
