Hello everyone, I apologise if this has been asked before but I was just wondering, I finished my tele body but Warmoth finished my neck. Which does that make it eligible for:
"Warmoth or Professionally Finished"; or,
"Owner Finished"?

I assume it comes under Warmoth finished because the rules state that to be "Owner Finished" it must be finished in total by the owner of the instrument.
Anyone??

Must be .... Owner finished  :icon_thumright:
Your the owner & you did all the body work.
This months GOTM .....  get it in !!  :party07:

6.  “Owner finished’, within the scope of the GOM contest, shall be defined as an instrument, guitar or bass, that has had its paint, dye, stain, clear coats or other finish applied, in total, by the owner of the instrument.

7.  “Warmoth or Professionally finished”, within the scope of the GOM contest, shall be defined as an instrument, guitar or bass, that has been finished, or had its finish completed, by someone other than the owner of the instrument.

Look at Great Apes in the top corner, that is a owner finished, even though the neck is Warmoth finished.

The 'In Total' bit means YOU did the total finish on the body.

Thanks Updown, you've been a lot of help to me, would you rather I called you Updown or used your name?  :occasion14:
And as for the GOM, I would love to, but my parts aren't here yet and probably wont be for a couple of weeks so I'm gonna have to skip this month   Oh well, next time.
