I know this might be offensive to some, considering this is a warmoth forum, but this USACG Jazzmaster tele is really cool!

For interest's sake, GFS are selling Jazzmasters with Tele innards At $230.

i have to say that i am especially taken with the (tele)esquire-master. normally the large unused space on the body behind/under the bridge looks odd, but the tele control plate seems to fill it up a bit. hmmm ...

and any opinions on whether the tele headstock goes better with a jazzmaster than a strat body?

Looking at these makes me think Gibson Nighthawk.  A smaller flattop LP with Twangbucker in the bridge and a mini-hum or P-90 in the neck would do nicely.  I may have a new project.

Funny thing you found that.  I Kisekae'd this yesterday.  For it to work with the Tele bridge, it'd have to be a flattop.

You could get one of those cut-off Tele bridges and either wood mount the pickup or extend the pick guard towards the the bridge to mount the pup.

It will still have to be a flat top though.  Unlike the Carved Top VIP, Tele, or Soloist, the Carved Top LP is rounded on top so a flatmount bridge wouldn't work on this.

Done as a flat top, W could do me a pretty close represenatation of a Night Hawk.

The Gibson:

The projected Warmoth:
Basically a flat top LP with Twangbucker and P-90.
