Hmm, let us know how it works out. I'm getting ready to dig into some wiring stuff too. I may do this to my LP - one of the pots is scratchy and it's a sloppy job in there already.

I did this on my build it was a strat but dual humbuckers so doesn't really count. It does sound good though.
