FS: Duncan Stratocaster Set : SSL1 / SSL1 RWRP / Twangbanger
Amazing sounding, super versatile setup. I've had an identical set in my #1 Strat for years now, and I love it. It goes from classic strat blues, to in between cluck, to country twang, to rock and roll bark. This is an extra set that I was keeping, but I'm not going to get around to using it.
The SSL1s can hold their own with any boutique strat pickup out there. They've got plenty of glass, but more output and mids than, lets say, a Fender 57/62. Just a more muscular Strat tone.
The Twangbanger is awesome. Roughly 8K, 42AWG wire, alnico II, and a beefy copper plated baseplate gives you a great beefy tele tone in a Strat sized package.
Pickups are in super clean condition. Coils are pristine. Wires are trimmed for traditional Strat installation. (black wires measured and trimmed to be grounded on the back of the volume pot)
Comes with really nice relic'd creme covers. Perfect for your relic project.
