FS: Fender USA Telecaster Body - Light Blonde NITRO, Relic
This body was originally from a Fender USA Highway One series Telecaster. My father and I purchased it to make a relic esquire. The thin nitro finish was buffed to a gloss, and then worn down in key areas. And of course, some healthy distressing in some areas to make it look like it's been knocked around for a few decades!
The body is alder, and weighs in at 4 pounds 6 ounces on my scale (with ferrules installed). Assembled, it will yield a Tele that clocks in right around 7 1/4 pounds. Nice and light!
Super resonant, toneful body - very loud unplugged, with an almost an acoustic like spring and jangle to the sound. I'm only selling it because of the color - I'm just into different shades of blonde/butterscotch these days.
