I looked at Warmoth about 8 months ago as a custom guitar builder to make a bass and a guitar so I could record an album that I have been wanting many years to record. I've spent the last 30 minutes working on this and drinking some wine (I hope this isn't a violation) then I pressed some key and lost the whole freaking thing.
OK second iteration.
The bass is finished, here it is:
Imbuia showcase body (girly I know) with maple pinstripe, clear gloss. Schaller bridge, Fender Custom Shop passive P-bass pickups, gold knobs, black matte straplocks (yes I know, the front horn lock should have been on the back).
Mahogany back, clear gloss, Dangerous neck plate with spaghetti logo "T" and bird's eye maple neck (nice job). Stock maple, not even the multiple A kind but it turned out to be, I think.
Another view of the body:
Imbuia headstock veneer, thedecalshop.uk personal spaghetti logo decal (Wales - the place where all the hedonism occurs after a football game), hipshot gold ultralights.
Damn I love it. I'm a guitar player so I have some work to do on the bass.
Cheers,
PT
