Frankenstrat

First off, I'm not sure is this is the right section, so if it isn't.....sorry.

BUT

I want to build a gutiar similar to the Frankenstrat, I am looking at the soloist body (Ash), with a Strat or Jackson neck (Maple).  With a Floyd Rose.
Problem is, my plan stops there.
Do you guys have any tips for me?

Get a PAF style humbucker for the bridge. Fralin or Duncans, I think...

If you can find something you like on the showcase it will save you at least a month of waiting.

Or else watch for an unpainted one, and do your own paint...

You also have to think about fret size/type, tuners, pickup(s)...

Not to point out the obvious but the franken"strat" uesd a strat body

yeah but he said "similar to" - - so maybe he means make one with that look but a different body shape.
