Please Moderators stop the crap thats showing up here !!

I've never seen so much of this occur on any other forum I visit or am a member of.

So isn't there an option that could be put in place on this forum.
(I'm sure it's used on other forums)

That when there is a 'so called' new member that posts something.
The 1st  3 posts or so they send in, have to go though the moderators first, before going onto the board.
(I'm sure this can be done)

This might just stop those SICKO'S out there doing what they have been doing lately.

My suggestion is we get someone who seems to visit late at night mod rights
we have another sex spam tonight, not good, they will not stop and if we are waiting till Pacific time zone to clear this we are waiting 3 hours after Eastern to catch it.
Not a good thing, we need a est coaster to be able to boot up and clear such stuff when he gets up

What we really need is for a european member to have mod rights. No, I'm not suggesting myself

Couple things:

- There are already multiple steps to registering.  (1.) Captcha, which is set to high  (2.) Security question (3.) Registration confirmation.
- The recent spams are coming from entirely new IP address ranges than we've ever seen before.  I am blocking entire octet ranges but they keep coming in from new addresses.
- I am the lone admin with Gregg gone.  I can call on others for technical assistance but not operational assistance.
- I have two forum members that are taking turns as the UWModerator.  Both are on different timezone than me to help speed response time.

I'm am completely open to other forum members helping out.  PM me please.  If it is just me against the entire spam industry, I'm going to lose.

FYI:  We are working on some security mods on the website.  Please respond here if you notice anything odd.  Specific details are always helpful.
