Flying with guitars

I'm going to the Boston area for a few days and checked the local GC and they had a used Traveler pro-series for sale cheap. Needless to say that I used the excuse to pick it up. It has a single coil and a piezo so it's pretty versatile for such a little thing. Maybe not gig-worthy, but should be good to keep up practice on a trip.

It is supposed to have a "stethophone" for powerless listening, but that and the thumscrews to attach the legrest and strap were stolen (at least I got a further discount). Do people just go around music stores stealing little bits? A couple hex bolts from the hardware store and it works nicely. I'll have to see if they'll sell me the missing pieces.

Just played Vegas, Baby.

Did five songs at the open mic at the Cellar Lounge.  Was fun - guitar sounded great - bartender gave me a free beer!

Bravo, Trevor.  What songs did you do?  Originals, or covers?

Bagman

I did a 50/50 mix.

BTW, just flew back into Ottawa tonight.  The case is a little scuffed, but the guitar is just fine.  It's even in tune!
