Hey guys,

I just finished my first Warmoth strat. It proved to be alot more work than I expected but luckily the colours turned out just the way I had in mind!  :)
Specs:
- Warmoth hollow alder body, contoured heel.
- Warmoth maple neck, rosewood FB. Angled headstock. Schaller locking tuners.
- Gotoh VS100 tremolo.
- Fender 57/62 pickups with 7-way mod.
- all gold hardware as you see.
- weight: 6 pounds/ 3 kg

How she sounds? No idea, still got to do the setup!  :icon_biggrin:

(Sorry, for the lousy pics but I had to use my phone)

What do you guys think?

Cool, good job  :icon_thumright:. If it were me though, I'd do one of those truckstop babes as an inlay though so that the audience could enjoy as well

I love a white strat, and that guitar is sweet. But the girls are superfluous. Yeah I wrote superfluous. :laughing7:

Yeah you just wanted to be running your hands up and down girls bodies all day, huh. Hopefully those graphics won't rub off onto your hand..

I'm not sure if the girls on the back of the neck are going to hold up to fast playing, but I do have to admit that I really like the look of the neck painted up on the rear.

Slick build!

I'm NOT biting . . . :icon_scratch:

Explain the Fender Custom shop decal on the back of the headstock ! ! ! AND BE PREPARED to be TOTALLY scrutinized !

Hey thanks for the comments!

Yes they're painted so I hardly feel the girls when playing. And about the decals... well I just like to have something on the headstock. Of course I could make some kind of stupid logo with my name, hoping people would ask about it and I could say I built it myself. But I don't care, I like the fender logo on a strat... (I also won't use them to fool people into that I've got a customshop strat).

Ahhh thanks, I just noticed from the second pic that it is angled, didn't notice that before  :occasion14:
