Anyone have any experience with either the EMG 57 or 66 (ideally together)? I've seen a video of Intronaut at EMG with both guitarists using them, and I like what I hear, but I'm hoping for a firsthand opinion.
Although I don't have first-hand experience, you should check out what Andy James has to say about the 57/66, as he chose them for his signature ESP. Before the 57/66, I know he liked using the 85/60 combo.
