Does anyone here know the website that sells the no-name brand guitar, They have page after page of different models and different finishes ranging from like $70- $500 ? strat copies, and LP copies, and really bad PRS copies. i know for a fact someone on this forum bought a guitar from this site. any help would be great. thanks!

RONDO MUSIC! i figured it out. anyone here trie one of these guys?

They're great for modding. Most people seem to say they can be solid guitars, but the cheap plastic nut will need to be replaced. Usually I see people bolt MIM Fender necks onto the bodies and call it good.

Trevor Wilkinson has an inexpensive guitar brand called "Vintage Guitars" (try finding that on a Google search...) that keeps getting solid reviews.

Some folks even like the necks and just switch out the tuners, pots and pups - IMO anyway you go about it...

I've played a couple of Rondo products, they were good value and fun. A guy had a short scale fretless bass, he paid less than 200 for it I believe, it was quite playable.

those Agiles and Douglass from Rondo look killer...

I like this one and an considering ordering...

I can only speak for their basses (which I've seen, played, and heard about).  Bang for the buck - outstanding, and a better value than probably any low end priced instrument.  *I* just won't have anything to do with a bass on that level.  Call me spoiled, a snob, whatever (I don't really care) - many of us just have our standards   :dontknow:

I wish I would have know about Rondo before I bought my sister's Squier, could have saved some money and got a better guitar too.

yeah I would try a Agile before I would buy a squier or a epiphone!

also curious about Xaviere (guitar fetish) and Axl

weird but interesting...

I have a 5 string bass from Rondo and it's a good instrument for the money.  It needed shielding inside the cavity and I still want to change out my pickups, but all in all it's a good solid instrument.

I've played far better mind you, it's hardly a world class instrument, but if you want a good low cost but good quality instrument it's pretty good.  Great for starter equipment!
