As I said, it's a pretty superficial thing. If I had the cash to order another, I would - It's not like this is stopping me from playing and loving this guitar.

The problem with the gretsches/335s, are they are supposed to be big guitars! VIP's are not supposed to be "huge". Anyway, lets hope a miracle happens and I get a job, then I can save up for one.

why a miracle? just apply for a job, lets say, flipping burgers at macdonalds, burger king or kentucky fried chicken?! I work in a cinema, to pay for my guitars; its a pathetic job, but the money is decent and good, and the colleagues are nice, and that goes a long way.

I know it's pretty superficial, but I can't get over the fact that It feels and looks so big on me. I think a soloist would suit me more. Not a desperate thing, but yea.

I'd also like a piezo pickup in my guitar, and as I understand I can't do that with the bridge I have.

Just play and forget how it looks on you. If you liked your first you will definitely build another so you can make a different Warmoth next time.
