Crazy accoustic guitar idea!

How hard would it be to carefully cut my cheapo ibanez dreadnaught guitar to have a nice sized cutaway? Not being able to go past the twelfth fret was the worst idea for a guitar since the history of guitars. Like I said its a cheapo so the crappier it looks the better arty07:

If the goal is to make it look crappy, your options for this kind of work are endless.  I think that fire, a band saw or possibly trained termites would do the trick.

Seriously though, you my be able to cut out the chunk and use the curved "scrap" to glue back in place (inside-out). Re-finish. Done!

Sounds easy enough!

Or look up the book "Training Termites for Dummies".  I am sure its on Amazon somewhere.
