I don't remember a crazy shipping charge. They used DHL if I remember and it was only 10 euros. I don't have my receipt anymore so I am not a 100% sure though. I did write them before I purchased and a guys named Lars wrote me back in understandable English. They had good service for me.
With current exchange rates, the copper is about $212 US Dollars, whereas chrome is about $177. This is only a $35 difference, and even with dealer markup, that's not a bad price for a unique looking Floyd. Is there a crazy international shipping charge or something?

...and was reminded of what the block side of chromed exhaust headers look like on hot rods and motorcycles. Super-heated chrome. Not sure what would match with that, but since it's kinda iridescent, probably just about anything would.
