Starting a thread dedicated to concept guitars. Post them up.

Found this one at TGP. Red indicator lights up when the cord is plugged in.

That's an awesome guitar but I would do the fretboard in rosewood or maybe ebony to closer match the body. Where do I order one?  :icon_thumright:

That's an interesting and attractive treatment. Not very practical, but it's a concept guitar so who cares?

These are some cool looking concept guitars.

Great name for it and just looks  :o  ........  fantastic  :blob7:

Go full screen on the pic's  :glasses9:  ...... Wowza !!

That is pretty cool, I like it, but the logo might get a bit irritating on the forearm.. :dontknow:

If you get near the bottom, it shows the back.  Which is supposed to be a dock or bridge, and the water underneath it.  With fish in the water under the dock.  The pieces of wood that are the dock are different pieces of woo in the sandwich of everything.  It is amazing to think of the work that went into it.  The amp guitar is also really another wonderful job of nailing the concept.

Mmmm... the monster from my favorite movie of all time. That should be mine.

I know it's nitpicky, but the handwritten "Gig II" spoils the Giger guitar for me. It just sorta cheapens the whole look. Why would you want to do that after putting so much effort into the concept? :dontknow:

I thought the same thing. Looks like a glaring defect. I think I might have found a way to continue the design into the pickup area as well. That hunk of untouched wood is out of place.

I like the idea of NOT letting the flames (the painted ones) hide the figure with a solid color. Very cool.
