On the Warmoth site it only states that it reduces the heel thickness by about 1/4". Just looking at a pic, it looks like it does it over about 3 1/2" which would make the angle around 4 degrees.
The Fender Deluxe contoured heel is better. That's what I did on my Warmoth Strat. Can't use it with the side-adjust truss rod. I have the Vintage-Modern neck.
