Considering z body with strat neck

As no one else has mentioned or spotted it yet. As it is a 24 fret extension it is no doubt a modern construction but you cannot see the side adjust, though the side dots you can. Meaning it is a left hand neck and not a right hand reverse. Was that a deliberate choice?

Wow nice catch! Yes the neck was a lefty on the Warmoth showcase for a great screamin’ deal so I asked them to send a right hand cut earvana nut along with it and I swapped them out when I got it. I used a fine tip silver paint pen to put side dots on the side where I see em.
