Just ordered, today, a new neck for my MiM Stratocaster.
It's a CBS reverse headstock (so, it's basically a "left-handed reverse", which -- as John, in Sales said, "There aren't a lot of you guys, but sometimes you come out of the woodwork!"). Went with birdseye Maple (neck and board), vintage tint gloss, black dots.
I wanted to upgrade while still being true to the guitar's original look and feel. I did wrestle with getting a raw neck, though. Someday.
Aside from that, I've been out gigging a lot (I'm the drummer and co-vocalist), but I'm playing more and more guitar at home, and my Strat wasn't getting enough love. Hence the upgrade.
Next project is to throw some Mean 90s into my Hagstrom Swede!
