Coil Tap versus Phase Switch

After doing fairly extensive research, I concluded the way I want to wire my guitar is impossible given the switches I have. (I'm not ready to drill new holes in the body quite yet).

There are a number of options I do have, but here are the two that would give the most sound choices:

Option 1:
Neck
Neck + Bridge
Neck + Bridge (out of phase [OOP])
Neck (coil tapped [CT])
Neck (CT) + Bridge
Neck (CT) + Bridge (OOP)
Bridge

Option 2:
Neck
Neck (CT)
Neck + Bridge
Neck (CT) + Bridge
Neck (CT) + Bridge (CT)
Neck + Bridge (CT)
Bridge

That's 7 different sounds for each option.

There's also a third possibility.
Option 3:

Neck (series)
Neck (parallel)
Neck (CT)
Bridge

Option #3 wouldn't have any neck + bridge options.

Which option would you guys choose?

Two Fender Mustang switches.

Eight post, three-way switches, but unlike most other middle positions, these are "off" in the middle (only connecting the middle four posts).

depends on what kinds of sounds you like - some people don't like OOP sounds.
