Just got my Carvin email newsletter and they're running a "free shipping on everything in the lower 48" deal for the next little while (end date unknown).  They have good prices on a lot of the bits and bobs that and then you'd get hosed on the postage - but now you can get all your electronics and hardware (plus their price on the Wilkinson trem is very good at $79) without losing the benefit of their pricing to the shipping charge.
