If you do the switches as shown in the Seymour Duncan diagram, then yes.

Yes, but it won't let you control both pickups separately, ie combine the rail of the bridge pickup with the P90 of the neck, or have one pickup series and the other split etc. You would need more than 2 switches to do that.

I dont think i can fit that into my tele...
what would be the most versatile way to wire it with 2 push pulls and a reg pot for either vol or tone ( possibly another push pull for all three if that is possibly) and a 3 way switch or 5 way i mean Im open to changing things out that are comparable as long as i could get a wiring diagram

What other hardware are you using on your Tele? If you got a rear routed body with no pickguard, and used a bridge other than a Tele type, you could get a couple of Triple Shots and get the switching options you're looking for from them.

I have a hardtail strat style bridge with a thinline puckguard routed for two humbuckers
