Anyone ever wired P-rails with
2x vol 1x tone and 3 way toggle switch
But with neck volume with a push pull pot and tone with a push pull pot?

Two questions:-

1.  How many pickups in the guitar ?

2.  What are the push-pull pot supposed to do ?

Two p rails and the push pulls are supposed to allow coil splitting and series and parallel. This is my first wiring job and I've seen diagrams for either one vol two tone or vice versa. But my guitar teach recommend makng the bridge hotter so I'm not sure what to do and it's going into a tele so I thought three pots would be pushing it before I'd have to alter it too much I would prefer four though

I was going to say think about using the Triple Shot mounting rings, but then I remembered you are putting them in a Tele, so if you have a Tele bridge and are mounting the neck pickup on the pickguard it probably won't be possible.

Actually, you could just combine these two:

Or I could draw out the whole thing later today.

Oh in that case could you draw it out? I'm not sure how to combine the two. It would help me so much if only the guy who suggested  would have explained it a little more

Not to be difficult but the ways the push/pulls were wired would work like this correct? or is it different?

No, The push/pull on the neck pickup's volume control is a series/parallel switch for the neck pickup, and the push/pull on the tone control is a series/parallel switch for the bridge pickup.
Down is series, up is parallel.

Sorry but is it possibly to get coil splitting too?

You mean single coil options?

A push/pull pot has two positions only.
If you want series/single coil/parallel, you would need a DPDT On/On/On mini toggle switch.

I see then how did the wire these with push pulls yet still get single coil options?

If you want to do the options for both pickups at the same time, that would work. Just as it's shown in that diagram.
