Can anyone ID this guitar?

hello!  first post and new warmoth customer here.  got a 1 3/4 th wide, angled strat neck on the way.(gonna build a strat piece by piece on a budget)

anyway, can anyone tell me what kind of guitar is pictured on the far left?  the red and blue guitar that looks like a deformed telecaster.

apparently it's a TV650 model.

Who's the player?

As I recall the TV650 only came with rosewood board.
I have only seen TC820 and TC830 with maple necks.

Other than that the star inlays (if they are inlays and not stickers) the finish, the pickguard and the pu-config is non-standard.

(I used to be a Talman geek ...  :icon_biggrin: - maybe I still am)

Yes - but the headstock was different.

It's a billy corgan guitar(smashing pumpkins)  and based on his other guitars, the stars are probably stickers, and he could have switched out the neck.  but thanks on the ID.  i was going crazy trying to find the maker.
