Warmoth body in the neck pocket says 3.2 is this 3.2 pounds or 3 lb 2 oz ?

It depends.
As of June 2023, the recorded weights changed from lbs and oz, to lbs, decimals of lbs.

There is no 2 in the decimals (.06, .13, .19, .25 etc...). The only ambiguous numbers would be a 6 or a 13 after the first number, as those 2 numbers could be either ounces or decimals of lbs.

Except they only seem to list them in whole ounce increments so 3.8 will always be 3 pounds 8oz and 3.75 or 3.81 will be ~3.8 pounds.
