Just switched necks and pickguards on this one. I think I finally got it right!  :toothy10:

(Sorry, I don't know how to get rid of the shine from the flash, and still take a clear picture. Also, I can't seem to get the attachments to work using Firefox on Linux Ubuntu. Picture is 400kb.)

Attachments don't work currently and may possibly never return (mods? update?) - but hotlinking from photobucket etc looks better anyway :)

Cool guitar, and yes we need specs!

Nice!!  :icon_thumright:

I wonder how a clear pickguard would look on there?
I thought about that, after seeing some of Brad Paisley's guitars. And, it would show of the curly maple more. But, I like the black, especially without the neck pickup screw holes.

And, yes Ultex are the best! I hope Dunlop doesn't ever stop making them.

Man, its hard to type a post, when you can't stop playing. Just finished fine tuning the setup on this one. And, finished wiring a Fuzz Face to sell on eBay. The combination of the 2 is hard to put down.

Awesome Tele!  Black dye is definitely something you've gotta see in person to fully appreciate though I think. Photos don't compare to how awesome it looks in person. I bet that quilt has some amazing shimmer!

Did you do the Trans black finish or buy it pre finished?

If you did it yourself , where did you get the materials.. been looking
