I’m not sure why but it seems like they hardly ever(last 7 months at least) have any of the other bodies in showcase or in these special offerings. The same with necks.Yeah, that grape flakes tele really caught my eye...
I already have enough strats and teles though - where are the fancy "other-than-FSO" offerings?

Yeah does anyone know is there a true pattern to when they put out special runs? I missed the spalted maple run earlier this year. Is it around every holiday?
My opinions is that colour doesn't suit much the KNS6 and the Dinkycaster, more 80s shade or burst would suit well these designs. One reason you don't see as many original bodies in these limited runs is that we can count on the Fender-style stuff to sell. Perfect example: a couple months ago when we did the Metallic Surf Green release, we did the usual array of Fender styles, plus two Meadowhawks, two KNS6, and two Dinkycaster. All the Fender-style bodies sold, and we sold one Meadowhawk. The other Meadowhawk, both KNS6, and both Dinkycasters are still sitting unsold.
Dinkycaster feels old school, very classic Fender. If it could fit a Mustang control plate with a tort guard over Sherwood green…. Mmmm.My opinions is that colour doesn't suit much the KNS6 and the Dinkycaster, more 80s shade or burst would suit well these designs.
Metallic surf green is a sort of what if Fender in the 60s added that shade to the pallette. New bodies needs new custom colours of the 80s, pearl white, inca silver, aztec gold, graffiti yellow and Torino red would compliment this progressive shredder.
