I used a 5/64" self centering drill bit from Lee valley to drill the pick guard holes. These are designed for hinges, and it's the first time I've used something like this. I was sceptical, but it worked very well. Recommended!

The boys from Peg City have a great rep, so I'm very curious to hear what these are all about.

I gotta say that It's really great to see more and more Canadian guitar parts manufacturers and wholesalers out there. Precision, Next Gen, Peg City, Vineham - there are loads of them!
