Average prices for setup/repair/wiring?

I second the nomination for Dan Erlewine's Book. -Bought mine in '94 and have been my own tech ever since. It falls open right around page 27-31 all by itself! -That is the part (in the second edition) where the big elusive Set-up mystery is exposed for what it is; a ten-step procedure (or eight if your guitar is sans-trem) that a chimp could carry out. Those five pages alone have saved (and made) me a lot of $$$ over the years!
