Anyone tried installing PRS Phase III Locking Tuners ?

Putting aside the fact that $200+ for tuners is... slightly overpriced, has anyone tried installing them on a Warmoth neck, or know their installation requirements (headstock hole size, thickness, etc...) ?

I've searched for specs everywhere without any luck so far...

Joking aside, given their price I'm probably better off with Schaller mini locking tuners anyways.
