Any Photoshop wizzes that can give me a hand?

I picked up this Firebird body in the sale, and am trying to work out what neck style goes with it, but I'm limited to Windows paint on this PC.

I've had the body routed for a middle humbucker, and am trying to picture in my head whether which of the following combinations works best with it.

1. Black pickguard, black hardware, Ebony fretboard with Pearl dots or sharkfin inlay.

2. Black pickguard, chrome hardware, maple fretboard with black sharkfin inlay (kind of Rickenbacker look).

Anyone have the skill to whip up something like that?

I like the look of your project, personally I'd go for chrome hardware and even a chrome pickguard if you can get it. Would look awesome in that livery with a maple/maple neck/fingerboard, black sharfin inlays, and chrome neck hardware (and maybe even black neck binding?) But that's my personal cjoice, yours are just as appealing to me. Good luck!

Cheers for the ideas. I'm really just bouncing things around in my head at this stage. I like to have guitars that are a little more unusual looking so anything not as common is good.  I was also thinking maybe a black/red/black pickguard with Padouk/Ebony fretboard....still all ideas...

I grafted a Jackson neck cause that was all I could find at the moment with a maple board and the shark fins.... :doh:
