Got to hang out sidestage for one of their concerts and hang out with them on the tour bus afterwards... friend of mine
(former guit player in our band way back when) who roadies for lots of big name bands invited me. 

Shot the sh!t with Bello (amps / tubes), Scott was busy with bizness, cool guys but what amazed me most was they were
a little bit older than I yet were hopping around on stage the entire set.  LOL

Sorry, but I'm going to call hypocrite on this one. You're telling him not to judge a decade based on certain artists, yet you're doing the exact same thing, using "mainstream" artists as your examples. Just sayin'...
