Another custom color offset body

I received this custom made offset body and Warmoth neck to finish for a forum friend. He sent the color swatch and my lacquer supplier did a great job nailing the color. Here it is with matching painted head stock with a few coats of clear which I'll level sand and apply the decal. The body has the binding scraped and is ready for the final coats of clear.

Nice! It's not a common thing, but personally, I've always liked matching headstocks.

Me too, gives things sort of a "Pulled-Together" look. A little more dressed-up.

I like it too, but for me, it only seems to work with rosewood necks, and not maple.  Go figure.
