Dear, Warmoth Sales staff:

I call and email you numerous times after my order is placed, because I keep seeing things that I want added or deleted to my order.  You know my email handle and cringe when you see it arrive in the inbox.  You loathe my name and wonder when my next message will arrive.  Please forgive me.

At Warmoth Guitar Products, Inc. we have a dedicated professional staff committed to making your guitar needs a reality.
Please be equally organized and committed to the order you place.
We know additions, changes and cancellations are sometimes necessary, and to help you with those as best we can here are our policies:

Additions -
We will gladly help you with additions to your existing Warmoth order at a $25 minimum.

Changes -
When changing a neck or body in an existing Warmoth order a $45 Change Order Fee will apply.
If a custom body or neck must be remade you will be responsible for its non-refundable custom work*, and the $45 Change Order Fee, and/or a 25% Restock Fee as determined by the Warmoth Sales Manager.

^ Indeed it's all true, but if you get in your changes before the order is listed in the shop, you are ok.  Doesn't make me less of a pain in the the ol' rump.
