Fall of August sounded good. Great playing, DBU! :icon_thumright:
Thanks Doc. Where you been hiding?

I still lurk on occasion. I stopped building Warmoths two years ago as I have too many already, and since I got bit by the track bug I spend more time on the track and GT-R forums than here. My lack of posting here I hope is not misinterpreted as anything negative towards any of you. I always enjoyed my time on this forum while I was actively building guitars and had something intelligible to say. Since I've stopped building Warmoths I don't have much to say, except for the occasional comment that I made about Fall of August and your playing, or whatever random post I do make.
Truth be known, I actually haven't picked up a guitar in almost 2 years. I need to pick up a guitar again soon.

Since this thread is randomness anyway, here is in car video of my most recent track outing. Spring Mountain in Pahrump, NV, 3.1 mile course. This was my first time there. I did three 20 minute sessions on both Saturday and Sunday. My best time was a 2:41 (this video), 3rd session 2nd day. For point of reference, my best lap of the first session of the first day was a 3:11, LOL! After watching the video, I would change my line in a couple of places, brake later in a couple of places, and carry WOT in a few places where in the video I was just carrying maintenance throttle. I probably left about 10 seconds on the table. Oh well, next time. I had made some changes to the car before this track outing. New large MAF intakes, decatted downpipes, race cat midpipe, now a 285 square tire setup, KW coilover sleeve kit, a custom race alignment and a new dyno tune making 540 awhp and 517 awtq on a "heartbreaker" Mustang dyno. Basically a transformed car and a new track.
