Aarons real estate agent

My RE agent for my new place was pretty bad, anything that was remotely possible for me to get a winning offer on he was trying to be super pushy about. But he showed up on time and was always available so we made it work. I know he sold 36 houses last year and I'm sure he pressured more than a few inexperienced or weaker buyers into bad deals or the wrong places.

It took some patience and I had to tell him about 20 times "no, I am keeping the inspection contingency in my offer" which understandably drove him nuts and for sure eliminated many of my offers from contention. But, eventually, I got the right place at what I would consider the right money, with very clean inspection. Massive finished man cave with an adjacent workshop room + another room perfect future full bathroom. The layout with the walls and adjacent rooms insulates it from neighbors so it's Dual Rec safe. At least when the wife is out I have to run it through my Ironman when she is but no biggie.

An awful lot of homes in my area (and around the country) were sold with no inspection clause and I bet that's biting a lot of people right about now.

That is a palace! My man cave is 12 by 12 and I feel lucky to have it!

LOL. True fact: My wife and I bought our new house in GA without ever setting foot in it one single time. Then we bought another rental property sight-unseen as well. Pulling up in our moving truck was the first time we ever laid eyes on either of them.

Fortunately my real estate agent was my daughter. :)

We had inspections done on both the homes we purchased in GA, but the people who bought our hold house back in WA waved it right out of the gate. I was like, um.....ok. I guess I don't need to fix that, that, that, that, and that.
